Buy to let transactions
The procedure for buying an investment property is just the same as buying a property for your own residence; however, specialist advice is needed regarding certain statutory requirements, including:
- for a house in multiple occupation
- planning conditions
- provisions contained within the lease if flat, or a new development property
- conditions imposed by a lender under a Buy-to-Let mortgage
To maximise your investment income and capital gains, and to reduce income and capital taxes, we will work closely with your financial advisors, accountants and mortgage experts, always aiming to ensure you get the most from your investment.
It is important in these cases to instruct a lawyer who understands the process and has experience in buy-to-let transactions. Due to the very specific nature of these servcies we do not offer an example quote for our buy-to-let services. Please talk to us about what you need.
